RULES.
- Eat from 12pm to 6pm (this is called intermittent fasting. You can adjust the hours if 12 to 6 is too hard)
- Daily calorie limit: 500

- Drink 3 cups green tea and 8 cups water each day
SAFE FOODS.
- Boiled egg (egg whites are even better)
- Scrambled egg (minimal butter)
- 1 cup/serving of any fruit or vegetable
- 3oz of grilled or baked chicken breast
- Comment your safe foods!
i’m jealous of people who have cute laughs and fast metabolisms and nice teeth and good hair and can just make any outfit look good and get along with everyone and are great at sports and do well in school bc none of that is me
